I recommend taking some time to mentally decompress so you don't quickly get burnt out.

The entire city has an entitlement mentality and protections for tenants outweigh the incentive to invest there.

Many of us market to the same lists - absentee out-of-state, etc. and I think sometimes we have a herd mentality.

I believe it comes down to the "give" mentality and you'll be given back 10x.

My end game is to have little to no debt so that the amount of money I need to reach financial/ mental freedom is less.

So i didnt care about how long it took....Now its the other way around...Im growing in my business and more importantly  im growing mentally...

This can fall under "Capacity To Contract" that is not just limited to age or mental state, it also goes to ones ability to perform the promises made, their intent to perform as stated in the contract.
