Very low maintenance family in the property.

Hi All, would anyone know the following for the Indianapolis market: • Low / Medium / High end rehab costs per square foot?

Blame everyone but themselves Very low social standards.

I believe they are Lowes in house brand.I use the same lights in 21.65 inch, item #0442144 with 2400 lumens in my garage and back patio.The line is dimmable and great with a LED compatible dimmer switch.They are fairly cheap in my opinion, especially if you're replacing the fixture anyways, and considering longevity of LEDs.

I know rates are low to mid 3s now.

We are renting it short-term in summer, as seasonal holiday rental, which works really well. 

Hope all is well for the holiday season.

Also, internet seems light for 8 units; and the electric bill during summer A/C season is going to be way higher.

John Anderson - you have no idea what the offer was actually - it was in fact exactly what the real estate agent recommended, not a low ball at all.

If their credit is good, the rates are low right now so it may not jump the payment up to much.
