I believe they are Lowes in house brand.I use the same lights in 21.65 inch, item #0442144 with 2400 lumens in my garage and back patio.The line is dimmable and great with a LED compatible dimmer switch.They are fairly cheap in my opinion, especially if you're replacing the fixture anyways, and considering longevity of LEDs.

If their credit is good, the rates are low right now so it may not jump the payment up to much.
