Without looking at it, I am 99% sure the headwall to sidewall connection is missing the piece of lead that belongs in the corner.

Would they likely have documents such as lead paint advisories as well? 

Looking at real estate for the passive income could lead to an early retirement, away from the typical W-2 job many people have.

I’m looking for a real estate agent capable of sending quality leads to invest via email, text, etc.

I’m curious how you have been generating leads in Houston.  

I have also tried calling the lawyer that's representing the finance company from out of state and left a voicemail saying I want to reach somebody with authority with the finance company they are representing so I could buy the home, but I received no reply. 

Majority just dnt know where to look to find deals or where to get leads.

I am new to wholesaling and trying to get my first deal I have a couple of leads I just need to get an assignable contract , who can I contact or where can I obtain a assignable contract.

Additionally, I assume you are familiar with the Massachusetts lead laws.

I even already have a lead and potentially a second, but am thinking it through if this is the route I want to take.
