What are some reasons you feel people get into real estate investing in the first place? What keeps them doing it?

@Steve Rozenberg Real estate can provide another form of income, and be as active or passive as you want. Looking at real estate for the passive income could lead to an early retirement, away from the typical W-2 job many people have. With enough passive income to support your lifestyle, you can spend more time doing what you enjoy. The majority of us assume that we will live to an old age, but that is not always the the case.

We should focus on enjoying the time we have now. AND build a future we and our next generation can live off of.

    Happy Investing!
