@Andrew Martin Hey friend, I don't know the answer to your question, but I do have a suggestion.Have you set up your keyword alters yet?

Something you might try is setting up a key word alert for "Savanah GA" and then proceed to network people who mention it on the site, (with key word alters you will get notified every time it's mentioned by someone in the forums).

Be sure to read through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing to help you get started.Finally -be sure to setup some keyword alerts - especially for "Lakewood" so you can jump into local conversations.See you around the forums!
