Check into their criminal background record ... look out for charges or convictions on crimes involving DECEPTION ... these would include fraud, perjury, missaplication of proprty as fiduciary, forgery, theft, etc.

I originally intended to pursue divorce (family law) attorneys as a referral source system before I literally stumbled upon probate.The model that you might employ would be identical: position yourself as the go-to expert, market to attorneys who advertise divorce services, attend their lunch meetings, write articles from their perspective on topics relevant to their interests and declare yourself an insider.Be mindful of the community property laws in CA when you consider buying one spouse's interest prior to the other and let us know how you do!

So unless I only use YL for every mailing of a campaign, then do an identical campaign that has the same group and same number of mailings with only postcards, it is very difficult to quantify.
