Then use it for buying notes and or lending.As far as the age old question, again, I don't believe in handing over to Uncle Sam anything extra and taking the full early withdrawal and getting hit with the tax plus 10% penalty is Not in my best interest and would suggest not in your either, but certainly great from the IRS standpoint.

I've acquired many estate properties via assignment and acted as PR then distributed assets (real estate to m, Purchase Money Note + other consideration to assignors) but then I get stuck with any fiduciary baggage that crops up.On the other hand, it may be necessary to obtain a court order confining the sale.

Especially someone who is a link in a chain, they won't waste thier time.I have posted here about buying a note as a cure to default, with the borrower requesting the note being sold, that also takes cash in hand, that can happen.

So, I'm trying to interpret his perspective - is he right that I would do better to sit on my hands and do very little investing in the next 400-500 days, or give it away, or am I correct that if I can find the right buyer, I could get some down and a good note, perhaps collateralized, and the risk would simply be that he burns my trees on the way out if I have to foreclose.
