Greetings from Charleston
Hi
Jason from Charleston, SC here. Glad to be a member. I'm looking forward to increasing my knowledge level beyond what I've read and from a little experience with cash flow properties. Also short on capital but long on ambition, so I will be keeping an eye open for opportunities that include terms I can be comfortable with and excited about. I welcome any queries if anyone has any interest in SFD light rehabs in the greater Charleston area. We have some good stuff going on here. Check me out on LinkedIn.

Yah James, it is a cool spot. Let's just say that I left San Francisco for here, and probably won't be moving back. Heck, with the combo of $200k median house prices and all the things you can do/see/visit around here, it's a winner. Oh, and I was hopelessly single and came here and met my wife ;) Well, in regard to what I have going here, I'll let you know when I do! I'm kind of in a holding pattern now, as I have a piece of land that I bought for the wrong reasons a few years back, and I'm de-prioritizing it as a vacation spot and trying to get the cash to invest on my 3rd property with. Holding patterns suck when you are rapidly increasing your knowledge and the housing market here is rebounding but not on fire. (did I mention I'm a bit too intimidated by HM loans to try my first fix-flip while the 1% a month clock is ticking)? Maybe I'll change that with more knowledge, but I am a newbie in anything more than buying and holding.
