My days of hauling appliances around town are long gone; both places deliver.I do take advantage of their constant sales on appliances and use both 10 percent off coupons (purchased through ebay) AND gift cards purchased through online sources (often for 9 to 11 percent off the face value of the card) to help with the cost of such.Gail

Interesting @Mike M. ...this property was apparently a gift to the owners daughter who could not handle home ownership...You know, it's weird, the owner seemed pretty down to earth despite the condition of the property.
