Fast forward to about a week and a half ago and I started working with a new investor client who has now started down his path of becoming an investor based on what he has learned on BiggerPockets, as a result he has inspired me to take up the challenge as a result I have now watched the SMART Webinar and listened to the audio books of "Finding and Funding Great Deals" and "How to Invest in Real Estate" and I have set up a meeting with Hard Money Lender and begun looking for and analyzing deals since last Wednesday. 

I hope the best for a lot of folks, genuinely.

One in particular I am looking into is MartelTurnkey and his company seems genuine, but am open to hearing about any other turnkey company stories.

If you are genuinely unclear on something or even a little confused, ask. 

As a wholesaler, it's important to ensure that the seller genuinely needs your service and that your offer is their best option.

Be genuine when "selling" the deal and communicate often and honestly throughout the hold period.
