Also what I haven't seen yet is clarification on the child tax credit which is meant to offset the loss of the exemptions for those in lower brackets.

It was never intended that free speech meant to mean not offensive to others.

While the BRRRR strategy is great in theory it is meant more for someone to do in their local area with sweat equity or for someone who has established relationships and connections with systems in place.
