The source of our data is through Core Logic or RealQuest.While there are many ways to get data, I feel that Core Logic is the industry standard for real estate mailer data for all types of real estate, since they have a direct feed from 98% of the approximately 3150 counties in the US.

Any feed back or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Finally on the fourth call. he called up, he said he promised to be nice if I don't hang up, gave me a sob story about how broke his client is, and could use the money, and could I please consider releasing half the money so his client could feed his kids.
