hey guys newbie here from queens NY. after reading the book "rich dad poor dad" it totally changed my perspective on money and also made me want to learn as much as I can about Rei. Like I said I'm in queens NY where everything here is damn near impossible to touch so I was wondering if anybody new any areas close by ( upstate, jersey. Connecticut ) where to invest. Looking for multi family rental properties turn key or minor work to be done 50k-150k any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance!
