If they are sitting on the shelf, adding new inventory may not be a viable move.Also, does the group that did the heavy lifting have a history of completing the construction phase themselves or do they typically sell once they have it at its current stage?

Any place is a great place to dive in, but some of those documents are basic and I'd be concerned that, even if you get bites from your marketing list, you'll have difficulty handling them and moving things to the next stage

If budget allows you might try staging it.That's a big house and people have a hard time visualizing.Another thing too is when you show it make sure its as clean as possible, looks like the floors are dusty, maybe it's just the pics.

Our thinking is we would pay through December (assuming you're okay with this) and move the week before or the week after Christmas.2) Our agent has another family similar to ours (dual income parents with two young kids who are selling their place) that need temporary housing while they stage/sell their place in Tacoma Park and buy a new place.
