@Michael Aragon if you are going to structure it as a Joint Venture with each member having an active role in the business then no SEC docs would be required.

Just keep killing them, they’ll go away..the issue with the tub/shower is most likely the gasket in the valve is leaking buy.

It was hell but it had to be done as the plumbing sprung a slow leak on a clawfoot tub and it was impossible to access the plumbing with the tub in place, and the floor and wall had to be cut to make repairs. 

I was of the impression that once you submit, bank statements, credit checks, etc, fully complete all required docs for loan application you can get an LE.
