What about a writer of a book for FSBO? 

Any creative ways of seeing the condition of the inside other than just looking from the outside windows and doors?

I signed up for the gold club as well and been impressed with the wealth of information.With my 90 goal of buying 1 SFH with creative financing by March 31st, 2019, I am really wanting to automate this process of lead generation, calling the sellers by the help of a VA and answering service.

No answer here, so that seems to confirm the above (cannot get the 3 parties around the same closing table).Now, to be creative, what if we come up with a mix of SellerFinancing and SubjectTo here:- Rehab/Fix/Get tenants- Refinance the short into longer term- SellerFinancing/SubjectTo deal with a 3rd party

Would love to learn more about creative financing in Canada and maybe explore partnerships opportunities.

Needless to say he's done, but unfortunately so is the damage, and I'm hoping someone might have a creative (and hopefully inexpensive) solution. 

I found a non-listed 4 plex in my area that the numbers made sense and I knew was under market rent and value and I did some creative financing to get it, borrowing from my 401k for part of the down payment.

While I didn't get super creative and stuck with nearly the same colors I picked from the builder to start with, I went a bit lighter and warmer on the main color, a bit warmer on the trim, and then went from a straight blueish black to an earthy brown-black on the door.

Any one have any creative ideas on how to deal with a situation like this?
