Hi there,  

I am Edward I am starting my real estate investment business and wish to connect with like-minded people.

Just to let everyone know a bit about my interest in Real Estate I been a big fan of real estate for many years.  I have seen Charlton Sheets programs and a few others.  But my Favorite Guru is Ron Legrand.  I am sure there are people out there who think he sucks or he is just a big upsell king.  That is ok that is your thoughts on it.  Not mine.  I am going to be going to Ron Legrand's Quick Start Real Estate.

If I started doing real estate from the time I first learned of Ron Legrand I would be rich by now or at least in a better place then I am.  It is my own fault as I did not take action.  Well that is now at the End I need to be doing something that will make me money and a lot of money.  I will not allow my procrastination take my life over anymore.  And I know Ron will cure me of that.

The way I am planning on starting out is Find For Sale By Owner houses and talk to them about Terms when I get a yes I will find me a local Investor who will work with me and I will Assign the contract to them for a $5,000 - $10,000 Assignment fee.  The deals I am looking for are the Pretty House properties with a good deal so that the Investor I work with Gets a good deal.

Yes I am sure I could just keep the deal and work with it.  Though I will take a hit for the assignment Fee I want to go to the Quick Start Real Estate School that Ron Legrand Has in June.  I know once I leave there I will have deals and I will be making more money.

I will also be coming back here and offering my on bias thoughts on his training.

If I am going to do the business I want to learn as much as possible.   Plus I plan to come back here and learn what people here are talking about and learn from people here.

There is a lot of information on the internet and I believe this site is one of the good ones.
