I have friends that invest long-distance, and I am not happy with the results they tell me about, lol.

I also wonder if the pandemic will encourage more people to rent homes so that they can work from home and have more distance from others for social distancing.

Thinking about taking the 150k profit and trying in New Haven, Ct area as I've got a long distance relationship.However here in Ct., the taxes are nuts and I think variable with the pandemic I think the taxes will go skyhigh..
