Hollywood, FL area Small Crashpad Condo

Hello BP friends!

I'm a pilot based in MIA and would love to find a RE agent who can help me find a small condo in the Hollywood, FL area.  I currently live in Scottsdale, but I commute across the country (trust me, it's no fun) to MIA to start and end trips.  While out on the road, my company provides hotels but before and after trips it's on me to find a place to stay.  I'm hoping to find a small condo in south Florida to be able to have a place to hang out.  Of course this being BP I'm looking a place that is rentable (winter in Scottsdale is paradise, so I'd try to spend as much time there as possible) over the winter months.  I'm 100% fine with anything that needs light work (new vinyl flooring, paint, maybe swap out a vanity-that sort of stuff) In the summer (summer in scottsdale isn't fun, trust me) this would be my work from home wife's spot so anything in a good neighborhood is huge.  I'd love to say under 100k (or as cheap as possible) 1 bed is fine (of course 2 is better- hi mom and dad!) Looking in the Hollywood/Lauderdale area, but am open to seeing other places as well.  Oh big thing is we have 2 small pups so dogs have to welcomed.
