So far i think i've listened to every podcast  and about every youtube video on biggerpockets.

Not many big towns to choose from.

Surprisingly strong response with 12 inquiries within a few hours and 3 qualified applicants to choose from after an open house that had 8 groups turn out.

Of course this led to multiple issues I can't disclose, but I am just saying not everyone with enough to lend would choose to use a branded email.

Do I receive video of my pre and post make ready?

In my area of the country, the chance of an owner with a small number of properties facing consequences of choosing not to rent to unmarried couples is slim to none...people have larger concerns.
