Anyhow, Ive tried big banks, brokers, commercial lenders...I could use some concrete suggestions.

And since our broker took his sweet time EVERYTHING went down..

You could pay for some limited service from a broker I guess if you wanted to just get your properties out there.

Well, for one, after the appraisal came in a little lower than expected, the broker who set us up w/ this loan contacted the appraiser & got it bumped up a bit in an effort to get the loan amount we wanted to pay off some bills.

I'd like to partner up with some brokers and/or loan officers out there that are familiar with this loan.

They are all automatically assigned to a Broker.
