Hi Everyone -

My name is Charles Burgess and I'm a Real Estate Broker in Rutherford County (directly in the middle of Charlotte, Hickory, Asheville, Hickory, Greenville & Spartanburg and home of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock as you may have heard of these areas of our county) and have worked with our family real estate firm - Washburn Real Estate, Inc since graduating from UNC Charlotte in 06'.

I'm involved in all facets of real estate, from residential, land and commercial brokerage, to real estate land development, new home construction, the occasional renovation and enjoy real estate investing of all sorts, primarily buy and hold large land tracts.
