There are differences, however; a contractor working with a PM is likely only going to see a few, full blown remodels a year, whereas a flipper is going to live and breath that kind of work.

This is because you want to cast the widest net to attract more leads.  

In florida, people spend time outdoors so this is attractive but likely not a deal breaker.

The curtains look nice and the pattern is attractive.
