I currently have one property that I am already house hacking but that started unintentionally as a new employee at my firm needed somewhere to leave and I had just purchased a 3 bedroom house in the area. 

The other unit is a two-bedroom one-bath and rents at 950 a month.

House situation: Built in the 60's, 4 bedroom 2 bath with full basement with bonus room gigantic laundry/utility room and office, 2 car garage, workshop area, and  it is definitely livable and had a couple of additions over the years, but I have a couple of concerns here.

There is a 6 plex for sell in my area, but they are all one bed room, one bath.

However I have never seen (or been party to) a disclosure form saying "Broken light cover in master bedroom", "Chip in kitchen counter", "Square cut from carpet in closet".

My sister is living for $45 a month in a 2 bedroom apartment and her tenants are building equity in our house.

I am looking for single family homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
