New Beginnings in RE Investing

Leslie N Harmon
Posted

Hello,

I am a new BP Pro member and new to the world of RE Investing. I am interested in flipping properties in metro Atlanta. I am looking for single family homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I want to look for homes in the 30310, possibly 30083, 30084 and 30317. My price range is 100k - 250K. I need a few tips on analyzing deals, and looking at listings. Thank you.
