@Seth Teel I thought I was supposed to supply my own pressure tester, and install it myself.So the city inspector will add air to the line and check for pressure him/her-self?

@Blake Woodham Sorry man, anything that propels people through he air, insurance companies are going to be against;  Diving board, trampoline, zip line, etc. 

After 8.5 years in the Air Force, it's time for me to hang up my active duty military hat and hit the real estate market in San Antonio.  

Greater care might be taken in cap rate assumptions, that's generally an assumption from thin air unrelated to the type of business.

I just currently retired from the Air Force and  moved  back to the Atlanta area (Alpharetta). 

Otherwise, I would recommend that he buy a HEPA air filter.
