I've read on the usps website and that can mail out a index card.

@Steve BabiakBeenverfied doesn't report credit anyway but it does usually tell you an individual's criminal record and whether they have rental judgments  (which is all available publicly anyway, although the public records available on the court websites are usually more up to date).  

I have been addicted to this BP website and found a local Real Estate Investors club I  will join.

Why limit yourself when you can do your own marketing, and get tons and tons of leads all for free.Think about driving people over to your website by doing some online marketing, and watch how many leads you can get.

I'm a technology guy, so I've looked for some niche website that does the heavy lifting for me and found things like ZilPy, rentometer, rentfax, etc.

Although the scores are estimates, their website should point out the problems you have on your report.No offense, that is a really low score.
