Too small of a list for list source

Hi all.  I finally journeyed over to listsource after hearing so many people's success with them for their direct mail campaign lists.   I am looking for flips not to wholesale so I am very specific about what I want to target.  I filled out year built, bedrooms, county, high equity, absentee owner homes and the list came out to about 45 results.  Which in my mind works out perfect that's 45 people with exactly the houses I want and they're absentee owners so there is a good chance to find a few motivated sellers.   My issue lies here...   The total cost for the list was $8.22 which once again.. Perfect!  or so I thought.

Listsource won't sell me the list.

They have a minimum of a $50 purchase.  I called customer service and had no help, called again and got a manager and all he could tell me was that I have to modify my list so that the total would come up to $50.    I told him that would change my criteria and it would no longer be the list of data I'm looking for.  I even offered to pay a premium for my list and they simply said there is nothing they can do.

Has anyone else ever had this issue?  Is there any other sources that would allow for a small list like this that would be accurate?  I filled out the same data on melissa data and for some reason they had 13 results and wanted $50 for that list.  I assume thats their minimum price so at least I could get the list but that's also 32 less results than list source so I don't trust that or do I like the sound of paying $3 per potential lead.

My first list was too small. I just had to get over it and expand my search results. Which actually helped me to land my first deal. It's only $50 bro. It's for the benefit of your company anyways. I just included the small towns on the outskirts of my city, just fyi. Good luck with thing @Greg Behan
