. - You can get absentee owners lists from your title company, then I suggest you sanitize the list before using it for your mailer.As for my next course, I have no specific plans to do one, I often get asked, but am so busy, I just can't find the time to do one again. teaching others for a fee is a poor use of my time from a financial standpoint but hopefully when I have more free time, I can entertain the idea of doing one again.I would suggest you take notice of Tim's comment above and get out to the many great clubs we have in So Cal.

I'm not looking to create another debate however, to be clear, buying pre-probate deals is not for the faint of heart, a least in my state (CA) where the heirs run wild and attorneys are permitted to roam the streets without adult supervision.It's certainly possible to purchase a property from an estate with title insurance, and its possible to buy the heirs' interests, but they are not at all the same thing.
