Greetings,This is likely a silly question, but are hard money lenders ever willing to fund 100% of a down payment on a large purchase (20+ units) after viewing the deal (rent rolls, etc)?

My per unit cash flow would be higher than their per unit rent and in many cases by a whole number multiplier.  

We had a unit turn over and would like to fill vacancy with a Section 8 tenant.

The cost and work to furnish, decorate, and outfit a unit with the necessities to be used as an STR would only make sense if you think this flip is in serious trouble and likely won't sell for quite a long time.
