Home Is now a 2bedroom 1 bath full basemsnt wIth huge 1 car attatched garage for the lower and a 2bedroom 1 bath apartment for the upper with massive open attIc wIth staIrs for storage.

This year I'll add coin op washer/dryer and rentable storage lockers in back. 

There is room for storage in the attached garage and plenty of privacy in the fully-fenced backyard with a concrete patio.

I'd also be open to storage units, boat or RV storage, etc., pretty much anywhere.My wife is starting to get impatient about the condition of the exterior of our personal residence, so I may tend towards doing some quick flips and pulling some of the profits out for that (it's a 2-family, so I can at least write off part of the work).I guess that leaves me narrowing down to BRRRR, flips, or storage units somewhere far enough away from Boston as to still be profitable.

These would include circulator pumps, zone valves, switches, expansion tanks, etc.

I built out some warm storage units in the basement and installed Lutron caseta systems with Ring doorbells and Nest thermostats.

So we complement each other.Also looking at other less time-intensive strategies such as storage to pad the income.

Is there any real property like furniture, key storage, software, files and cabinets, computers, etc.

The purchase and rehab or stabilization, obviously.Then W/S/G on the multi-families, appliances (especially w/d provided places) and hot water tanks.
