Hi, I am reaching out because a couple of properties that have equity and I am looking for ways to pull some of that equity to redeploy the money into the properties to do improvements to maximize my income streams by building ADUs.

Sometimes condos have stipulations in their deed restrictions that go against doing short term leasing, so I would definitely get your agent or do the research yourself to ensure this isn’t the case at the building you’re looking at.

Anyway, any advice or worlds of encouragement you could shoot my way would be great, as invetsors have always  told me “the first one is the hardest”I look forward to connecting with you all and look forward to learning and growing in this business !

You can always ask for those items at any time, but it doesn't mean that you'll get them.

Hi Stetson, I've looked into that area and around glacier but the numbers have never made sense to me.

It's how I started and still recommend it.

Real estate school literally teaches you nothing at all thats relevant in the business.
