Even though I have 2 rentals and did a lot of lease options and even owned some multi-family and an a small RV park back during the crisis I still consider myself somewhat of a newbie.

All the 24 pack  budweiser cases have QR codes on them.

I buy those $1.00 blank, party-sized cards that come in packs of 8 from the Dollar Store and handwrite my messages. 

I'm curious if anyone has space they rent out either short- (a few days to a week) or long-term (a month or two) to RV travelers, on the same property as a SFH or 2-4 unit?

If a particular area as a moderate priced packed might be ok to give them a shot but don’t get your hopes up for sure.

So I bought two packs of marshmallows and ended up catching 3 skunks, 4 raccoons, and a possum.

I have a short term rental RV I’ve been renting out for two years with this issue.

Just wasn't as user friendly as RV.

Maybe the snow pack is melting or maybe the dam burst or maybe a giant alien is peeing in the river.
