The only time the bank took so long with one of my offers on a highest and best, I only found out it sold when it hit the public records as sold, for thousands less than my offer, which really baked my noodle.

It's public record and they should be able to either give it to you or they may have terminals in the building that you can look it up yourself when you're there.

Find your niche in real estate and learn as much as you can for free and then you can make a better educated decision if you buy some programs or pay for a coach....Always check references and ask other investor's about anyone you work with.

I've seen lots in the 6 figure ranges as well, patio, decks, pools, garages, nice lawns, club house even a golf course, again, location and amenities, not the can on wheels.As personal property they usually won't generate the tax base of conventional housing, yet they use and consume public services just as a conventional home, so at the government side, they are or can be a drag on services.

I know the homeowner(s) are responsible for fixing it even though the break is under a road (owner is responsible from their house to wherever it meets the main municipal connection even if it runs under public road).
