They worked on the basement yesterday (tenet's son was out of school).  

My name is Brett Stander, a fourth year finance major graduating from Drexel University in Spring of 2021 (five year program).While I understand the value of working a 9-5, W-2 job, I also see fear the dry, repetitive lifestyle that comes with it.

I am a 21 year old who is about to graduate college to become a High School teacher.

My mom is 60 years old, single, and does not make much money as a private school teacher.

As for value appreciation, the area is expecting to have a new high school built in 2023 only 2 miles from the property and the local zoning is encouraging larger high-value properties by restricting density to 1 house/acre.

Been working like a slave ever since high school.

Our current scenario: Based in Scottsdale, AZ, we have been investing in Real Estate for 3 years since we graduated college in 2017.

It took some time, but I got started eventually.I want to encourage you to do one thing first: make sure you graduate. 

Definitely possible they will reverse course once the City and school board start applying pressure against this decision.
