New Langley Member!.....
Hi everyone!
I’m 18 years old, born and raised in Langley. Freshly graduated high school June 2019. I have wanted to have my own rental property since I was 14. Started saving then, still saving tbh 😅. I’am exploring the idea of lending the money that I currently have to people that are flipping, wholesaling and so forth, to work towards my goal. I do hope to one day have 15 rental properties that are cash flowing and creating a annual income after tax of 200,000. Ik its a big goal, or it at least feels that way now. Very excited that I found BP from podcasts, do wish I found BP sooner. Currently on episode 30!
