Welcome @Brian BeckI am also in the Washington DC area, you will find countless resources here in BPI recommend you also to go to the real estate investors meetings, look for them on Google, there you will connect with all kinds of people connected to the business in your areabest regards

I’m brand new to the investing side of the business and looking to start as a wholesaler.Interestingly, I found BP after being constantly directed to it after various Google searches on real estate investing topics.

To save many of you time from "Googling" it, as a PIA it is my job to educate, protect and help you maximize your claims value when you make an insurance claim.

Googled the address but nothing came up.

Keep in mind that Google will sandbox your site for 30 days.  

She said they've only needed a band-aid so far, and wants to keep the place open but doesn't want to risk everything if one of the children would get seriously hurt.Does any one know of an insurance company they would suggest for her to try?
