Hi guys, my name's David Linton, and I'm interested in learning all I can about Real Estate (look at my profile to see how I became interested).

I'm from Salt Lake City. I still live here. I'm nineteen, but please don't be dissuaded about my age. I'm ready and eager to learn.

I seek all the information that I can glean from you guys, because there's no way to learn like getting your hands dirty in participation and activity. I especially need help with the lingo. That would be fantastic if I could learn the language of Real Estate.

Honestly, I look up to you guys, and I want to learn, so if you could help me, I would be very appreciative.

And @GaryParker, how would I buy a duplex or fourplex with limited funds? Is buying a duplex or fourplex about saving up or using what you have wisely?
