With decent credit, you can get rates in the 6's to 75% ltv based on the appraised value for the no income product; 30 year fixed. 

When it sold, the deal was pushing $1400 avg on the 2's and $1600 avg on the 3's, and was about a 5% cap.

@Jeff S indicated the markets are changing so one needs to be very careful.

There are not many "older" homes in Anchorage - most have been built since the pipeline era of the 1970's.

@Andrew S. just spoke with my commercial lender in CT, he said they do offer lines of credits on commercial properties in 2nd position.
