Just seeing if anyone out there is currently investing in the Rochester, MN market. I own one property here, and wondering how the market has been for those actively purchasing SF homes and flipping and or BRRRing. And would like to connect with those that might be in the area.

Hello, Matthew! I am a very active investor in the Rochester Minnesota Market. I have four projects active right now. I will say though that the market is generally not super friendly towards investors. There are very strict regulations for Rental Properties, inspections, permits Etc. It can be a very good Market to invest in if you can navigate the waters though. Send me a private message if you would like to get coffee sometime!

@Ryan Mosch I highly recommend you add The Landlord's Guide to Minnesota Law. It's a must-read for all MN landlords. I love the book so much that I would love to come to that meeting, if you choose to do it please let me know.

@Michael Braxton Yes, we still meet up and have added a cashflow game night as well on the 2nd week of the month on Thur. at 6:30pm. You will have to message or come to the other meeting to get details. But this Thurs is our next meeting, I hope to see you there, KW office off of cty rd 22 7pm.

Hey guys, my agent brought a portfolio of investment properties to my attention with good cash flow. However I’d like to know if it’s a growing city for both jobs and population. I was told Mayo Clinic is the largest employer there but I hope there are other corporations there as well. Is the city investor friendly. These are some questions come to mind. Thanks in advance.
