I’m wondering if the 203k loan will cover finishing a basement and adding a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette area.

I've just been wondering if I'm using the wrong agents or if it's just this market.

At this point, I wonder if it's worth it.

You would probably cut power and take out the existing wires so they are not wondering where the power is unless it is comparable to getting it fixed. 

of course, i am going to get multiple coats of poly to finish it off. 

When those are compiled, I also look at the quality of the finishes/interior to match with my target completed improvements.
