Power to Barn? Yes or No?

Flipping a 3/2 on 2 Acres outside of Houston, Tx. There is a barn currently with power, however upon inspection from a licensed electrician the wires running from the box to several lights are not ran properly. Should I: 1- Cut the power due to liability? 2- Pay a pro to fIx the issue? 3- Do nothing? I might add, I am at the top of the budget on the rehab. I could spend more, but not sure of what I should do. Thanks
