Hey All, I've recently bought a property in Houston and had to file an insurance claim on it 2 week after I purchase the property.

With that second duplex, we updated it, rented it out, then took out a HELOC which we are currently putting towards another rental set to close in the first week of April. 

I say give him time (a week) to get his stuff.

In the past 3 weeks, I've sold over 20 mobile homes at above market rental rates.

Well, he was able to find a tenant pretty quickly within 2 weeks after we moved out (we also continued paying rent since this overlapped a month beginning). 

The one I went to last week was a meeting of about 60 people and it was almost awkward at first because no one was that acquainted and they all made small talk about their different investments before an experienced investor gave us a small presentation on how to best run your LLC to protect yourself and your assets (didn't plug or ask for anything more afterward and even gave us a checklist for things to make sure you've accomplished for your LLC).
