Hey Everyone, I am venturing in Wholesaling real estate.

Since this was our first venture, we do not have the liquidity to build it ourselves and are in the process of seeking help from several local developers however with COVID things are taking much longer than normal. 

Instead, they suggest I present my numbers to some investors who would have the required capital to partake in a business venture like this.

Please do speak with a CPA regarding this if you want to venture down this route to get a more concrete idea and advice.Since the LLCs are operating in different states then you will need to file a return for those states respectively.

Isn't always possible because a lot of times the seller just wants to free up their capital for other ventures, but sometimes they may be interested in a return. 

I live in Charlotte and have been primarily investing in the Rock Hill area but the competition has been pretty fierce so I decided to venture out to other cities.

In the LLC Joint Venture model, Nephew puts the asset into the LLC as his capital contribution and you provide the rehab capital. 

This one was a JV with members of Tri city Equity Group and Red Hawk Ventures, led by the owner of MDL, Mike Loomis.
