General Contractor Recommendation in the Fayetteville Area

Hello BP crew!

I am reaching out to see if anyone could recommend an honest and reasonably priced GC in the Fayetteville area.

I live in Charlotte and have been primarily investing in the Rock Hill area but the competition has been pretty fierce so I decided to venture out to other cities. I’m currently under contract to close my first BRH in Fayetteville and it needs a full rehab. I have one contractor I have been in talks with, but I would like to get multiple bids on the job.

I would normally do the work myself but the commute from Charlotte to Fayetteville would be to taxing! So, I’m reaching out to the BP family for some help.

Any recommendations or info would be greatly appreciated!!
