I used to keep contracts in binders as shown in photos but with more properties, it's not working.

My agent at the time just unlocked doors but didn't attempt to change my mindset towards the property.

In stead we took photos/video and showed prospects and said they can see post move out. 

This isn't likely what you want to hear but I highly recommend that you upload a photo of yourself for your profile pic, it'll help make you seem more like an individual and less of an anonymous entity.

But its a fabulous way to unlock equity in existing notes.

However receipts/photos/proof of work/permit number (if applicable) are all recommended but not necessarily required depending on the insurance company.  

I send some photos and before, during and after and it served the purpose.
