I was wondering if there are any investors looking for projects

I’m just starting in real estate looking to gain a bigger investors list so I get into more projects . Working with very little money , I have a lot of time and information , if you or anyone you know would be interested I can print up all of the numbers , send pics of the property , talk on the phone through the entire deal . I’m very anxious to get into my first couple of deals not really for money but experience . Would love to receive any advice from You Gurus
