Pulling and repaying in 3 years - if you don’t think you can beat the returns you are getting now, and don’t need the money for some urgent purpose, then I’d leave it in.But this is where leverage is king. 100k is 25% down on a 400k property, assuming you can BRRRR this 3 times in 3 years, you now control well over a million dollars in property’s , and you repaid your 401k.

Zillow is good for the school lines.Washington County Maryland is unique in that they have magnet programs at a bunch of the schools that the kids can go and less overcrowding so other than a measuring stick for crime the parents have tons of options for their kids school wise.
