I know the sheets, toilet paper, pillows, mattress, etc.When my wife and I had an Airbnb, we provided coffee, shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc.  

Two years ago I was introduced to non-performing notes and I love it, no more getting calls that the toilet is stopped up, the heat is not working, and having to chase down my tenants for the rent or chase after the contractor doing the work.  

I do plan to add damages to my complaint for unpaid rent, my lost buyer, court costs, etc. but who knows how that will pan out.

There was a slightly leaking toilet that was fixed as soon as I was notified.

I need that much time to thoroughly discuss the rental agreement, do the move-in inspection, demonstrate how to properly use & care for appliances and other property features, call the utility companies together to change utilities into their name, and present them with their move-in gifts (choice cleaning products, cutting board, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper).Since I do a thorough tenant screening.

Plenty of pots and pan, casserole dishes, pie plates etc etc.We constantly get compliments on the kitchen and how people can cook any kind of meal.  

by no means a home run deal but probably will pan out well long term especially if you do your own work .

It is a lot.Here is some items:Furniture and stuff to hang on wallEnd tables and lampsSheets, mattress and  pillow protectors, flatware, knvives, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, paper products like TP and paper towels, towels, washer and dryer is good to have.Internet and cable or Satellite plus nice TV, or more than one?

Didn't realize this until after the tenant moved in and texted "tubs not draining, toilets, not flushing, sinks aren't draining"...

Alex, I'm curious how this panned out as I'm just now stumbling on this thread and there seems to be a lot of incorrect information.If this is in the city of Detroit the water bill should NEVER be tied to the property as Drew mentioned.
