While technically true that the GC wouldn't need workman comp (with less than 3 employes) you would be covered IF all the subs have workman comp, you'll never if he lets some individual guy on the job that doesn't have it, even unknowingly.

Something to consider, however is that 1) We have about 350 units in about 13 different properties (so a medium sized business) and 2) My background is a computer programmer/database developer for 18 years, so I have higher expectations than most in any given software.That being said, here is my list:1) Their reporting is very weak.

We probably still won't do it for a while though.I will say we do have 1 property an hour an a half away from where my Father lives, BUT my brother and I both spent years there each (it's where we went to college), so even though technically it's not "local" it feels like it is since we know the area so well.
